Abstract
La politica latinoamericana de Wilson (1913-1921). Ensayo de Interpretacion.
Zyblikiewicz's article describes Woodrow Wilson's foreign policy toward Latin American states, which was shaped chiefly by economical considerations. Woodrow Wilson very soon started to create a basis for such foreign policy, starting with fdeclarations of friendship and brotherhood with Latin American states few days after taking office. Various measures towards different actors from multiple Latin American states were taken to reinforce this policy.
