Los falansterios de la pampa. Dos utopías agrarias en el campo argentino en la década de 1910
Abstract
Abstract/short description:
A great influx of settlers and rising demand for agricultural products on the world market before the First World War led to great development of agriculture on the Argentinian pampa. Such rapid advances also inspired some thinkers to postulate connecting agricultural work with certain ideas. According to Posada two books written in 1915 by Godofredo Daireaux and Roberto Campolieti can be regarded as local, "pampean" equivalents of utopian socialism.
